How credits work
Credits are the currency for premium actions on Imghippo. Each plan includes a credit allowance that resets based on your billing cycle.
Free and Guest plans get daily credits that reset at midnight UTC.
Starter and Pro plans get monthly credits that reset each billing cycle.
Unused plan credits do not roll over to the next period.
You can see your remaining credits in Settings under Plan and Credits.
When plan credits run out, bonus credits (if any) are used automatically.

Free tools (zero credits)
The following tools are completely free and do not consume any credits, regardless of your plan.
Bonus credits
You can purchase one-time credit packs from the pricing page. These are called bonus credits and work differently from plan credits.
Bonus credits never expire and never reset.
Plan credits are used first. Bonus credits kick in when plan credits hit zero.
Multiple purchases stack (buy 500 + buy 500 = 1,000 bonus credits).
Available to all users (Free, Starter, and Pro).
Volume discounts available on larger packs.

API usage and credits
API requests use the same credit costs as web usage. An upload via API costs the same as an upload via the website. The same applies to compress, convert, resize, crop, and remove background.
Free plan includes 20 credits per day for API usage. If you need more, upgrade to Starter or Pro, or purchase a one-time credit pack from the pricing page.
Common questions
What happens when I run out of credits?
If you have bonus credits, they are used automatically. Otherwise, actions that require credits will be blocked until your plan credits reset or you purchase a credit pack.
Can I buy extra credits without upgrading my plan?
Yes. One-time credit packs are available on the pricing page. They never expire and are added on top of your plan allowance.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits do not roll over. They reset daily (Free/Guest) or monthly (Starter/Pro). Bonus credits from one-time purchases never expire.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free plan is a permanent free tier with 20 credits per day. You can use it indefinitely before deciding to upgrade.
How do I check my remaining credits?
Go to Settings and select the Plan and Credits tab. You will see your plan credits, bonus credits, and total available.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from the pricing page or settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
